Higgins and James S. Bolan discussed proposed amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct that reflect the rise in remote work within the legal profession.

  • "Chapter 7 bankruptcy dismissed under presumption of abuse," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Aug. 21). MBA members Steven Weiss and Jordan L. Shapiro commented on a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge's decision that a Chapter 7 debtor could not deduct certain household expenses from his income calculation in order to avoid dismissal of his case under the “presumption of abuse."
