Kesten discussed a proposed bill that would restrict the use of nondisclosure agreements in the settlement of employment cases involving sexual assault and discrimination.

  • "Assault victim’s legal malpractice claim time-barred," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 24). MBA Complex Commercial Litigation Section Council Chair Jessica Gray Kelly, Massachusetts Law Review Editorial Board member Jessica Block and MBA member John C. Foskett commented on an Appeals Court decision that a legal malpractice claim was time-barred because it was filed more than three years after the alleged actions at issue took place.
