Massachusetts Bar Association member Widmaier Charles has joined Sugarman Rogers in Boston as an associate. Charles' practice centers on business disputes, insurance and reinsurance matters, and real estate litigation.
Before joining the firm, Charles served as a law clerk to Justice Ariane D. Vuono at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He began his legal career as an assistant attorney general at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and also served as a special assistant district attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, Charles attained his real estate broker license and spent several years in the commercial real estate industry.
Charles earned his law degree from New England Law | Boston and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College. He is licensed in Massachusetts and New York. Charles is a member of the Massachusetts Law Review Board of Editors.

Arrowood LLP in Boston has announced that Massachusetts Bar Association member
Kevin Zipkin has joined the firm as an associate.
Zipkin’s practice will focus on general litigation and medical malpractice. He brings experience in complex tort, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and professional liability cases. Prior to Arrowood LLP, Mr. Zipkin was with a Boston-based defense litigation firm where his practice involved hospital/medical malpractice and long-term care liability.
