The Massachusetts Law Review is seeking submissions, particularly of case comments, for consideration by the Editorial Board. Case comments run from 2,500 to 3,000 words and are confined to a discussion of a recent civil or criminal case with relevant cites and a brief description of related cases.
All submissions are subject to peer review and to a vote by a majority of the Editorial Board members at the monthly meeting. Click here to view the full submission guidelines.
A quarterly publication of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Law Review is the longest continually run law review in the country. It is circulated around the world and contains comprehensive analyses of Massachusetts law and commentary on groundbreaking cases and legislation.
