Kesten commented on a U.S. District Court judge's decision that a Cambridge police offer can sue the city for violating his free speech rights after he was disciplined for a Facebook post about George Floyd.

Goganian were pictured at the recent Constitution Day Dinner hosted by the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The chapter presented the Robert Morris Sr. Award for Courage in Litigation to the family of the late Christopher P. Kauders, who posthumously received the MBA's 2022 Access to Justice Lifetime Achievement Award
