According to the American Stroke Association, stroke is the No. 5 cause of death and a leading cause of disability in the United States — and it can happen to anyone at any age. When a stroke occurs, it’s important to seek emergency medical care right away. Learn to recognize the signs of a stroke, particularly the F.A.S.T. Warning Signs.
