Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

This week, we're highlighting an interesting blog from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which discusses the mental health benefits to finding one’s passion and volunteering. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
