Richard Gello HeadshotMassachusetts Bar Association member Richard V. Gello has joined Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy as an associate. 

Gello counsels private and public sector employers in labor and employment matters. Gello’s extensive labor law experience includes handling discipline, performance management, and collective bargaining negotiations. He assists employers with all legal aspects of working harmoniously with labor unions.

Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, Gello was the director of labor relations at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue, handling all the labor relations and union negotiations. In addition to acting as a hearing officer for disciplinary and grievance hearings, his experience includes all matters of dispute resolution as well as presenting before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission.

*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
