Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.
Guided meditation and mindfulness are great tools for managing stress and anxiety, regulation your breathing, improving your awareness and giving your brain a break. The Mindfulness in Law Society offers Mindful Mondays, which are open to anyone in the legal profession. The format generally consists of about 20 minutes of guided meditation, with five minutes of gathering time at the beginning and 5 minutes at the end for questions and comments.
