Massachusetts Bar Association member Victoria Brophey George has joined Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy as an associate.
George counsels employers on workplace discrimination, harassment, leave laws, workplace accommodations, and wage and hour matters, and defends against related claims. Her experience includes preparing pleadings and motions, as well as supporting the deposition process. George also drafts and reviews client policies for compliance with applicable employment law.
Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, George served as a law clerk to the firm while attending Northeastern School of Law. Before that, she worked as a litigation associate at a small Boston area firm where she established strong skills drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda. George also served as a judicial intern with Hon. Nathaniel M. Gorton in the U.S. District for District of Massachusetts.
