Well-Being This Week: Reduce stress with meditation

Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

The start of a new year is a great time to begin a meditation practice if you’re not meditating already. Meditation can help you reduce stress and better manage stressful situations. Check out the Mayo Clinic article, “Meditation: A simple, fast way to reduce stress,” for more information on meditation, including common medication practices and tips on how to get started.
