Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

If you’ve been feeling more isolated during the pandemic, you’re not alone. Check out the page titled, “Managing isolation and loneliness during COVID-19,” on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts website, www.mass.gov, for creative ideas on how to cope with loneliness. The helpful tips are part of the commonwealth’s online resources for “Maintaining Emotional Health & Well-Being During the COVID-19 Outbreak.”

Find additional wellness resources on the MBA's Health & Well-Being page, which was launched in April 2020 to support member wellness during COVID-19. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
