The Management Team at Conn Kavanaugh has announced that Massachusetts Bar Association member
Adam D. Page has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate/Transactional and Real Estate Groups. Page brings 23 years of experience handling corporate matters and business transactions across numerous industries, including financial, health care (physicians, dentists, physical therapy), veterinarians, accountants, food distributors, private cemeteries, franchises, consulting companies, nonprofits, contractors, technology companies, and IT service providers.
Previously the managing director of the corporate department at a business boutique firm located on the North Shore, Page came to Conn Kavanaugh to expand his practice and to provide his clients the full range of services that Conn Kavanaugh has to offer. He will work out of the firm’s Boston office focusing on corporate formation, general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and commercial real estate purchases and sales.
