Report for FY21 

The Massachusetts Trial Court has released its annual Diversity Report for FY21. The report provides the most recent data on the diversity of court personnel and details current, ongoing and future actions to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the Trial Court and through public outreach for the communities it serves.

U.S. Bankruptcy Court issues Standing Order 2022-01 

On Monday, Feb. 7, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts issued Standing Order 2022-01, Amendment to Massachusetts Local Bankruptcy Rule, Appendix 4.
