As the weather cools and the holidays appear, we tend to spend more time inside and visit with folks outside of our immediate "bubbles." While this can be wonderful, it can also lead to the spread of colds and viruses. There are many ways to protect yourself from contracting a cold, but if you do end up feeling the tell-tale signs of an impending cold, there are even more ways to handle the symptoms.
