Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

Your brain ages the same as the rest of your body and it is important to do all you can to keep it healthy to help slow any decline in memory and lower your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. Along with regular exercise, quality sleep, and staying mentally simulated it is recommended to incorporate a Mediterranean diet and remain socially involved.
