Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) is a nonprofit lawyer assistance program in Massachusetts exclusively dedicated to helping lawyers, judges and law students cope with both personal and professional challenges. Among the many resources offered by LCL are support groups for lawyers. There are several groups currently running, including:

  • Yoga for Busy Legal Professionals
  • Solo | Stress Connection
  • LCL Addiction Recovery Peer Support Groups
  • SuperMom: Support for Lawyers
  • Immigration Lawyers Support Group
  • Job Search Support
  • Professional Conduct Group

If you think you might benefit from one of these support groups, visit the LCL Groups webpage for more information.
