Miller was quoted in an article about new rule changes proposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission that would require issuers of securities to include certain climate-related disclosures in their registration statements and periodic reports.

  • "Summary judgment reversed in broken chair case," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 4). MBA member Alan E. Brown commented on an Appeals Court decision that a jury could infer that a chair would not have collapsed and caused injury to the patron sitting on it absent negligence by the restaurant owners.

  • "Late Superior Court judge fondly remembered for intellect, gentlemanly ways," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (April 4). An article about the passing of retired Superior Court Judge Thomas P. Billings quoted MBA members James B. Re and Jonathan W. Fitch, along with former Superior Chief Justice Judith Fabricant and Trial Court Chief Justice Jeffrey A. Locke, who are also MBA members.
