This year's Probate Law Conference will be hosted using EventMobi during the week of Monday, Nov. 8, to Friday, Nov. 12. Whether your focus is on estate planning, administration, probate litigation or guardianship/conservatorship matters, this conference provides something for everyone, from aspiring to veteran practitioners.

There will be a total of 10 courses offered during the week, with two sessions presented each day, from 9 to 11 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Each course will last two hours, including a 90-minute presentation and 30 minutes for Q&A.

Despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, we have been able to recruit top judges, court personnel and attorneys to present on interesting topics and keep you up-to-date with probate law and practice. We are grateful that Probate and Family Court Chief Justice John Casey will take time out of his hectic schedule to welcome you to the conference on Monday, Nov. 8, at 8:30 a.m. Conference highlights include:

  • Depositions by Zoom
  • MassHealth Update
  • Updates in Probate Law and Practice
  • Drafting Special Needs Trusts

There will be a bound book of course materials available for purchase, as well as a program book for easy course and schedule reference. The courses will be recorded and available on demand after the conference.

We will miss seeing everyone in person, but we look forward to an enjoyable week of top-quality education.
