September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and we're sharing the National Suicide Prevention Hotline (1-800-273-8255), which offers free, confidential 24/7 support for people in distress. You can also learn more about actions you can take to prevent suicide at SuicidePreventionLifeline.org.
Find additional wellness resources on the MBA's Health & Well-Being page, which was launched in April 2020 to support member wellness during COVID-19. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
