The series will offer an opportunity for practitioners on both sides of the aisle to learn important lessons from judges, probation officers, defense counsel and other presenters from across the commonwealth.

This program will focus on Section 35s. A panel of experts, which includes judges, experts, and defense attorneys, will give a general overview of the civil procedure for involuntary commitment.

Defense attorneys will offer an in-depth training on how to spot these issues and best manage them. Join our panelists from across the commonwealth for this important program.

This program is approved for 1.5 YAD Appeals/ Criminal Appeals/ YAD Trial/ Mental Health/ Criminal Trial credits.
