The Alltrails link is just one of the many resources you can find in "The Path to Lawyer Well-Being: A Toolkit for Bar Associations in Massachusetts," which was created in partnership by the Massachusetts Bar Association and the SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being.
Find additional wellness resources on the MBA's Health & Well-Being page, which was launched in April 2020 to support member wellness during COVID-19. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
