Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

This week, we're looking at mental well-being and sharing a helpful ABA Journal article by attorney Jeena Cho called, "How to release self-destructive thoughts and cultivate optimism."
