'Step into Summer' with the MBA's wellness challenge

Kick off summer 2021 by joining fellow Massachusetts Bar Association members in a Step into Summer Challenge!

Walking is a low-impact form of exercise and is a great way to build endurance and stamina, increase mobility and recover from other strenuous exercise. Starting June 21, join your colleagues in committing to walk for 30 minutes each day for the first 30 days of the summer — and prepare yourself for a transformational experience!

There is no better time of year to walk outside, with the world in bloom at the start of summer, and no better time to accept this challenge to make time for walking every day. The benefits you will reap for your brain and body are undeniable — and you will feel so much better for it! 

Look for motivational emails from the MBA every Wellness Wednesday during the challenge, beginning on June 23. All challenge participants will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win prizes.

How to Participate:

Step2TeaserFollow the MBA on social media. Find us on
Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Step3TeaserShare your progress on Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter using the hashtag #MBAStepIntoSummer as you participate in the 30-day challenge. Each post will enter you into a raffle for additional chances to win prizes.

Step4TeaserChallenge raffle winners will be announced in the
July 22 eJournal.
