Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

Many families are experiencing heightened stress levels due to the pandemic. This week, read an article from The Conversation, "10 parenting strategies to reduce your kids’ pandemic stress," which features some useful tips for parents to help their children better cope with or reduce stress. 

Find additional wellness resources on the MBA's Health & Well-Being page, which was launched in April to support member wellness during COVID-19. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
