Belfort commented on a First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision regarding the arbitrability of a discrimination claim filed by an insurance agent against his former employer based on treatment he allegedly endured as an independent contractor.

Hewitt were quoted in an article about legal fees spent by the Attorney General's Office in its defense of three former assistant attorneys general before the Board of Bar Overseers.
