Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

This week, we're reminding lawyers about the Supreme Judicial Court's Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being, whose website features a directory of well-being resources and links to other helpful sites. Massachusetts Bar Association President Denise I. Murphy is committed to providing wellness resources for all attorneys in the commonwealth and will build on her work as co-chair of the SJC's Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being to improve the working life of lawyers during her presidency.

Find additional wellness resources on the MBA's Health & Well-Being page, which was launched in April to support member wellness during COVID-19. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Attorney Well-Being Committee.
