In April, the Massachusetts Bar Association created a Health & Well-Being page to support member wellness during COVID-19. The page features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Attorney Well-Being Working Group. Each week, eJournal highlights one of the wellness resources to bring attention to the helpful resources that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

This week, we're highlighting the National Association of School Psychologists, which offers a resource for "Helping Children Cope With Changes Resulting From COVID-19." Click here for tips for adults to model for children problem-solving, flexibility, balancing work and other activities, and more.
