This week, check out Massachusetts Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers' new four-week program for legal professionals on Learning the Tools of Mindfulness, which starts Nov. 2. This introduction to mindfulness is designed for participants to learn the basic tools of mindfulness, establish a daily meditation practice, and learn about the science behind why mindfulness works.
Find additional wellness resources on the MBA's Health & Well-Being page, which was launched in April to support member wellness during COVID-19. It features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Attorney Well-Being Committee.
