Essex and Norfolk Counties

Boston law firm Marsh, Moriarty, Ontell & Golder PC will be relocating its office effective Jan. 17, 2020, to two office locations: 25 Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 301, Braintree, MA 02184; and 99 Rosewood Drive, Suite 220, Danvers, MA 01921. The firm's telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses will remain the same. 

Attorneys Mike Marsh, Dick Golder, Laura Newcomb and Courtney Hilliard will be in Braintree, and Bob Moriarty, Jeff Ontell and Rocky Leavitt will be in Danvers.

Norfolk County

Two offices are available for rent (together or separately) in an attorneys’ suite located on the second floor of an upscale professional office condominium in Norwood.

The building is located on the MBTA bus line, is adjacent to a commuter rail station, and has handicapped access, an elevator, 24/7 access for tenants, and plenty of parking. The building also offers convenient access to the Norfolk County courts and Routes 1, 128 and 95.

Rent includes the use of a conference room and kitchenette. High-speed internet and space for a legal assistant/secretary are also available.
