This year’s program will focus on topics of current importance to in-house counsel, including:
- Employment law issues arising from the pandemic;
- Considerations in the development of a record retention program, recognizing that one size does not fit all;
- Roles and responsibilities that contribute to an effective relationship between in-house counsel and outside counsel; and
- Challenges of representing clients doing business in multiple states.
The program will also include virtual breakout sessions for participants to interact with each other.
Please save the date on your calendars, and plan to participate in this important conference. Additional conference information will be available soon.
