In April, the Massachusetts Bar Association created a Health & Well-Being page to support member wellness during COVID-19. The page features helpful resources for coping with stress, anxiety, panic, substance use disorder and more during the pandemic, with links provided by the ABA Commission on Lawyers Assistance Program, as well as the MBA’s own Attorney Well-Being Working Group. Each week, eJournal highlights one of the wellness resources to bring attention to the helpful resources that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

This week, we're sharing a helpful resource for parents. Click here to read this article, "Resources for Supporting Children’s Emotional Well-being during the COVID-19 Pandemic," from Child Trends. The article offers guidance, recommendations and resources provided by child trauma experts at Child Trends and the Child Trauma Training Center at the University of Massachusetts.
