The Massachusetts Bar Association held its 40th Annual Labor & Employment Law Spring Conference on April 25 at Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
The conference opened with a keynote address by Louise Melling, a deputy legal director at the American Civil Liberties Union and the director of its Center for Liberty. Speaking to a packed conference room at Suffolk Law, Melling highlighted the ACLU’s efforts to address the intersection of religious freedom and equal treatment in the workplace.
In addition to updating attorneys on new developments in labor law and employment law, the conference featured panels on:
