The judges of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts have announced that public comments are now being accepted on proposed amendments to several Local Rules.
The revisions conform the Local Rules to the recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure or the current practice of the court. Comments will be accepted through May 6.
