Field was quoted about a Supreme Judicial Court ruling, which found that a former Chinese restaurant worker's class-action claim for unpaid "reporting pay" met the certification standard despite the number of putative class members being unclear.

Ryan was quoted about a recent Supreme Judicial Court decision that could serve as a precursor to legislative changes granting low-income litigants the right to counsel in eviction cases.
