The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Family Law Section Council invites you to its 28th Annual Family Law Conference, which will be returning to the Chatham Bars Inn on Nov. 16 and 17. 

The conference theme is "Extreme Measures: The Outer Edge of Domestic Relations Litigation." Probate and Family Court Chief Justice John D. Casey will deliver the annual State of the Court address at the conference. 


Program highlights include:

  • Alimony after tax reform
  • Litigation and resolution in addiction matters
  • Domestic violence in domestic relations litigation -- what you need to know
  • Judicial forum
  • High-conflict custody matters
