State Ethics Commission seeks candidates for two attorney positions

The State Ethics Commission is seeking candidates for two attorney positions:

Assistant Enforcement Counsel: Investigates alleged violations of the state conflict of interest and financial disclosure laws, resolves violations through educational letters or disposition agreements, and civilly prosecutes violations in administrative adjudicatory proceedings.

Assistant General Counsel: Advises public employees and others about the conflict of interest and financial disclosure laws, serves as legal advisor to the commission, and represents the commission in court. 

A Massachusetts law license and at least three years of experience are required. Detailed job postings can be found here. Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter indicating the position(s) applied for to resume@mass.gov by Oct. 5.
