Featured CLE: Unraveling the Mysteries of E-Discovery in Civil Cases, Dec. 4

MassBarEducatesThe Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administration Section is pleased to bring its “View from the Bench” program series back to Springfield on Tuesday, Dec. 4, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., at the MBA Western Mass. Office, 1441 Main St., Springfield. These programs provide valuable insights for new attorneys and seasoned litigators, allowing for an opportunity to pose questions to experienced members of the bench and bar in a comfortable and confidential environment.

Judicial Administration Section Chair Michael H. Hayden will moderate a panel discussion with three sitting judges and one experienced litigator who will discuss e-discovery in the state and federal courts, and recent amendments concerning electronically stored information (ESI) in the Massachusetts and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.
