Conrad practices in the firm’s business litigation, banking and finance, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy groups. Her practice focuses on financial services and banking-related litigation, commercial loan workouts, real estate foreclosures and secured party sales. The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association, has announced that MBA member Lauren C. Kilmister, an associate practicing in the firm's Corporate Department in Manchester, N.H., has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
Kilmister’s practice involves representing individuals and businesses on entity formation, financing transactions, and contract drafting and review. As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, Kilmister also works on residential and commercial real estate matters for clients, including real estate purchases, sales, leases and financing.
