Her practice focuses on financial services and banking-related litigation, commercial loan workouts, real estate foreclosures and secured party sales. Kilmister’s practice involves representing individuals and businesses on entity formation, financing transactions, and contract drafting and review. As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, Kilmister also works on residential and commercial real estate matters for clients, including real estate purchases, sales, leases and financing.
