MBA, 20 West St., Boston

Join your colleagues and our guest speaker, Galina Davidoff, Ph.D., as we discuss unique challenges of storytelling in complex litigation and creative ways of using jurors' perspectives to direct discovery, and prioritize and connect multiple defenses. Examples will include intellectual property, contract, financial, multi-party and multi-district litigation. This forum is FREE and open to the legal community.
