Why Am I Listening to This? Jurors' Perceptions of Complex Cases

A mountain of evidence and expert testimony is nothing without a credible story as multiple defenses and lines of attack tend to confuse and alienate jurors. Join your colleagues and our guest speaker, Galina Davidoff, Ph.D., as we discuss unique challenges of storytelling in complex litigation and creative ways of using jurors' perspectives to direct discovery, and prioritize and connect multiple defenses. Examples will include intellectual property, contract, financial, multi-party and multi-district litigation. This forum is FREE and open to the legal community.
