Froio, managing partner at Robins Kaplan LLP, were quoted in an article about a case of mistaken identity involving MBA President-elect Christopher P. Sullivan. News of the Supreme Court's error was covered in numerous outlets throughout the country, including U.S. News & World Report (via AP), the Boston Herald and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
  • "What is a bench trial? And why did Michelle Carter ask for one?," Boston Globe (June 5) -- MBA member Stephen J. Weymouth provided commentary for a story on Michelle Carter's decision to ask for a bench trial as opposed to a jury trial. Carter is accused of encouraging a friend to commit suicide through persuasive text messages.
