Marjorie
Crider has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in Boston. She
has an extensive background in asset-based lending, with a special
emphasis on lending in the retail industry. Crider represents major
financial institutions and other commercial lenders in a broad
range of commercial finance transactions. She represents single
lenders and agent/arrangers of multi-lender syndicates in
structuring, documenting and negotiating domestic and cross-border
financing transactions.

Announcements accepted for consideration include individual professional accomplishments (new jobs, promotions, recent accomplishments or awards*, etc.) and personal news (weddings, engagements, birth announcements, and other notable outside-of-work accomplishments). Honor Roll Firm announcements are also encouraged.
*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
