  • "Chism decision could put new juvenile sentencing law to the test," FOX 25 (Feb. 24) -- MBA Criminal Justice Section Vice Chair Peter Elikann was interviewed on the new juvenile sentencing law in Massachusetts in relation to the murder trial of Philip Chism. Sentencing in the case is scheduled for Friday.
