Healy spoke to the Globe about Governor Deval L. Patrick's historic nomination of Appeals Court Judge Geraldine S. Hines to the Supreme Judicial Court. If confirmed by the Governor's Council, Hines will become the first African-American woman to serve on the state's highest court. Healy was also quoted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and an Associated Press story that ran in several outlets nationwide.
