In-House Counsel Conference provides compliance, management tips

The Massachusetts Bar Association hosted its 12th Annual In-House Counsel Conference on "Compliance and Risk Management" on Dec. 5. The program provided in-house counsel with information and insight on sustaining a corporate-wide culture of compliance. Conference highlights included opening remarks from F. Beirne Lovely Jr., general counsel of the Archdiocese of Boston, and observations from the bench from Hon. Mary Thomas Sullivan of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
