Have your students sit as Jurors for a mock trial in the Federal courthouse (Posted Oct. 24, 2024)
Want to have your students get a better understanding of the best way to present a case to a jury? Having them sit as jurors for real lawyers trying a mock trial is a great way to get them thinking about how Jurors think and feel. An organization called the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (“NITA”) runs a Trial Program where your students can get that experience. The program occurs this year on Friday December 13th at the Moakley Courthouse in the Seaport District. (This is the Federal Courthouse) There are both afternoon and morning trials and the program provides lunch for your students. For more information, please contact Dan Rabinovitz (Program Director) at drabinovitz@murphyking.com or 617-226-3429.
Please note that all programs listed on this page are not affiliated with the Massachusetts Bar Association and/or the Mock Trial Program.
