Massachusetts Bar Association supports calls for supplemental Kavanaugh investigation

The Massachusetts Bar Association endorses the American Bar Association President’s recent call for a full and fair supplemental background investigation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, a Supreme Court nominee, as part of his
Senate confirmation process.

We stand with the ABA, and other bar associations, in our belief that the nomination for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court requires a thorough and fundamentally fair process that protects the rights of all parties and the interests of the citizens before the court.
