Melissa Threadgill, director of juvenile justice initiatives at the Office of the Child Advocate, will be speaking at the Juvenile & Child Welfare Section Council meeting from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020. Attorney Threadgill provides lead staffing to the Juvenile Justice Policy and Data Board and the Childhood Trauma Task Force, both of which came out of the criminal justice reform bill signed in 2018. She will provide an update on the three reports the Juvenile Justice Policy and Data Board issued last year and will leave time for questions.
