Youth Mediation and Juvenile Justice Panel

Join the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section as we celebrate Conflict Resolution Week on the North Shore with a panel discussion focusing on youth mediation and juvenile justice. The program will highlight youth and peer mediation services and restorative justice practices provided in high schools and the juvenile court.

The panel will include students and school administrators, as well as:

·         Hon. Amy L. Nechtem, chief justice of the Juvenile Court Department

·         Hon. Mark Newman, first justice, Essex County Juvenile Court Division

·         Hon. Jay D. Blitzman, first justice, Middlesex County Juvenile Court Division

·         Cynthia McClorey, executive director of North Shore Community Mediation Center (NSCMC)

·         Anya McDavitt, director of youth programs at North Shore Community Mediation Center (NSCMC)

·         Mary Mitchell, Amesbury Middle School, Peer Mediation Coordinator and Teacher

Don't miss this opportunity to network with judges and colleagues in the Dispute Resolution community.
